Elizabeth Weinberg is a writer, editor, and digital media specialist based in Portland, Oregon. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from Williams College and a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from the University of Washington.
She currently serves as the writer and digital outreach coordinator for NOAA's Office of National Marine Sanctuaries, and most of her recent writing can be found on the Sanctuaries website. She is also at work on a book of creative nonfiction about climate change, wilderness, and queerness.
Her writing has appeared in The Rumpus, The Appendix, PANK Magazine, The Toast, and other publications. She has worked on numerous literary journals, including as web editor of The Intentional, as fiction co-editor of the New Haven Review, and as a reader for the Seattle Review.
